Statistics Portugal has in place survey mechanisms to measure the degree of satisfaction with the service provided, identify needs and collect suggestions:
- Permanent surveys at Statistics Portugal´s libraries;
- One-off surveys to various customer segments (media, academic community, business community, etc.).
