This publication is part of the dissemination program of RGA99. Analysis of the most important results is presented, including comparing with the previous census and the existing regional data. The aim of this work is to present a vision of how agricultural holding have changed in the last decade.

The main aspects of comparison data from 1999 and 1989 are: - Significant decrease in the number of holdins and increase of their size;
- Reduction of labopur force and increase of mechanism equipment;
- Enhancement of the number of women as holders;
- Increase of part-time regime in agriculture;
