According to Law 22/2008 of 13 May, the response to surveys is mandatory. Farmers approached for respond, should cooperate actively in order to provide the information requested by the interviewer to complete the questionnaire within the prescribed deadlines. Refusal or the inviability of providing the requested information is considered a violation of law (an ordinance) and subject to fines.
