• The unemployment rate stood at 5.7%, down by 0.1 percentage points (pp) from October 2025, by 0.3 pp from August of that year and by 0.9 pp from November 2024.

• The labour underutilisation rate was estimated at 9.8%, down from the previous month (0.2 pp), from three months earlier (0.4 pp) and from the same month of 2024 (1.3 pp).

December 2025 (provisional estimates):

• The unemployment rate stood at 5.6%, down from November 2025 (0.1 pp), from September 2025 (0.4 pp) and from December 2024 (0.8 pp).

• The labour underutilisation rate was estimated at 9.7%, down from the previous month (0.1 pp), from three months before (0.5 pp) and from the same month of 2024 (1.1 pp).

• The adult’s unemployment rate stood at (4.7%), the same value as in November 2025 and the lowest since April 2002 (4.4%).
