The services turnover index, in nominal terms and adjusted for calendar and seasonal effects, presented a year-on-year rate of change of 6.8%, increasing by 4.7 percentage points (p.p.) compared to the rate observed in December 2024.

The monthly rate of change of the total index was 5.6% in January (-2.5% in the previous period).

The employment and wages and salaries indices presented year-on-year rates of change of 4.0 % and 9.1% (compared to 4.0% and 8.8% in December).
