The Industry Turnover Index, adjusted for seasonal and calendar effects, registered a nominal year-on-year change rate of 0.9% in January (-0.3% in the previous month). Excluding the Energy grouping, industrial turnover fell by 0.9% (-2.7% in December). Domestic and non-domestic market rates of change were 4.4% and -4.7%, respectively (1.6% and -3.4% in the previous month).

Employment decreased by 0.5% while wages change rate stood at 4.9% in January (-0.3% and 4.6% in the previous month).
